产业结构调整、绿色创新与旅游业碳减排研究

The Research on Industrial Structure Adjustment,Green Innovation and Carbon Emission Reduction of Tourism

产业结构调整和实施绿色创新是旅游业绿色转型发展的实现路径和重要推动力,剖析并识别旅游产业结构调整的碳减排效果和作用机制,对于我国推进旅游业绿色转型发展、促进形成绿色生产生活方式具有重要意义。选择2012—2019年中国内地30个省域面板数据为研究样本,构建旅游产业结构调整、旅游绿色创新与旅游业碳排放关系的理论框架,分析并实证检验旅游产业结构合理化、高级化对旅游业碳排放强度的作用效果与旅游绿色创新的中介传导路径,以及环境规制在旅游绿色创新发挥传导作用中的调节效应。研究表明,旅游产业结构调整、绿色创新能显著降低旅游业碳排放,绿色创新在旅游产业结构调整对旅游业碳排放的影响中起部分中介作用,环境规制在旅游产业结构调整对旅游绿色创新的影响中起正向调节作用。

The optimization of industry structure and the implementation of green innovation are the realization path and important driver for the green transformation and development of the tourism industry.Analyzing and identifying the carbon emission reduction effect of tourism industry structure adjustment is of great significance for China to promote the green development of the tourism industry and form a green production and lifestyle.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces and cities in China's Mainland from 2012 to 2019 as the research sample,the paper built a theoretical framework for the relationship between tourism industrial structure adjustment,tourism green innovation,and tourism carbon emission,and tested the effect of streamlining and upgrading of tourism industrial structure on tourism carbon emission intensity and the transmission path of tourism green innovation,and the regulatory effect of environmental regulation on tourism green innovation.The research shows that the adjustment of tourism industrial structure and green innovation can significantly reduce the carbon emissions of the tourism industry.Green innovation plays a part of the intermediary role in the impact of tourism industrial structure adjustment on tourism carbon emissions.Environmental regulation plays a positive role in the impact of tourism industrial structure adjustment on tourism green innovation.
