我国典型行业碳捕集利用与封存技术研究综述 被引量:20

Research review of carbon capture,utilization and storage technology in China’s typical industries

摘要 围绕火电、钢铁和水泥三大典型行业,对碳捕集利用与封存(CCUS)技术研究现状、碳捕集能耗、发展潜力和部署路径进行综述,总结了三大典型行业CCUS总体发展情况.指出目前我国典型行业的CCUS技术应用还处于发展初期阶段,CCUS技术使用带来的协同效应(如火电厂能耗增加,水泥厂中与产品的反应等)、安装成本、环境影响和风险等都限制了CCUS的规模化应用.建议细化火电、钢铁、水泥行业减排技术方案,对典型行业CCUS技术研发、示范项目给与专项资金扶持,进一步推进CCUS全链条集成示范及商业化应用,从而推动我国双碳目标的顺利实现. The research status of carbon capture,utilization and storage(CCUS)technology,carbon capture energy consumption,development potential and deployment path were reviewed in three typical industries,namely thermal power,steel and cement.The overall development of CCUS in three typical industries was summarized.It is pointed out that the application of CCUS technology in typical industries is still in the early stage of development.The synergistic effects brought by the use of CCUS technology(such as increased energy consumption in thermal power plants,reactions with products in cement plants,etc.),installation costs,environmental impacts and risks all limit the large-scale application of CCUS.It is suggested to refine the emission reduction technology plans of thermal power,steel and cement industries,give special fund support to CCUS technology research and development and demonstration projects in typical industries,and further promote the whole-chain integrated demonstration and commercial application of CCUS,so as to promote the smooth realization of China’s dual carbon goals.
