双中间轴变速器润滑系统设计与实验研究

摘要 为提升变速器传动效率、轻量化和可靠性水平,建立了以强制润滑为核心的双中间轴变速器润滑系统。依据润滑原理进行整体方案布置及油泵油路等细节设计,完成强制润滑虚拟油路分析计算。通过综合建立油泵流量与输出压力、强制润滑喷油孔流量、变速器润滑油量测定实验及其相应的实验技术方法并实施,全面、系统地对变速器强制润滑系统性能进行评估,验证了设计的正确性,并分析了各项实验结果,通过精准润滑减少了润滑油2.4 L,实现降本减重、增效可靠的目标。 In order to improve transmission efficiency, lightweight and reliability, a lubrication system of dual countershaft transmission with forced lubrication as the core was established.According to the lubrication principle, the overall scheme layout and detailed design of oil pump circuit are carried out to complete the analysis and calculation of forced lubrication virtual oil circuit.Through innovative experimental technology and methods, establish and implement pump output flow and pressure, forced lubrication oil injection hole, transmission lubricating oil used in the determination of the amount of discharge and experiment method, comprehensively and systematically evaluate the performance of forced lubrication system, verify the validity of the design, and analyses the experimental results, through precise lubrication, 2.4 L of lubricating oil is reduced to achieve the goal of reducing cost, weight and increasing efficiency.
