摘要
基于电子真空泵产品自身特性结合系统条件,为避免电子真空泵在应用上的失效风险,给予控制逻辑和占空比选择上的注意点和建议,文章系统阐述了电子真空泵在整车应用时的三种不同控制逻辑和不同占空比下的运行选择,提供确实可行的整车验证方法来匹配真空泵的整车应用。通过展开介绍各种不同控制逻辑的特性以及占空比的选择可知,其对系统性能及真空泵的影响,并为如何在整车环境下,更好地对比电子真空泵性能和系统性能的差异,提供测试方案以采集系统在不同工作条件的相关系统数据,从而设定合适的系统控制逻辑和相关参数以达到电子真空泵与系统条件的合适匹配,从而确保电子真空泵能长期正常工作。
Based on the characteristics of electronic vacuum pump products combined with the system conditions, in order to avoid the application, the paper systematically expounds the electronic vacuum pump in the vehicle application of three different control logic and different duty cycle operation choice, and provides the feasible vehicle verification method to match the vehicle application of vacuum pump. According to the introduction of the characteristics of different control logic and the selection of duty cycle, the influence on the system performance and vacuum pump, and how to better compare the electronic vacuum pump performance and the test performance to collect the relevant system data in different working conditions, so as to set the appropriate system control logic and related parameters to achieve the appropriate match between the electronic vacuum pump and system conditions, so as to ensure that the electronic vacuum pump can work normally for a long time.
