论规范和引导资本健康发展的社会主义“红绿灯”

The Socialist “Traffic Light” of Regulating and Guiding the Healthy Development of Capital

“劳动、资本、国家”三元组合决定了人类现代化历程中国家现代化发展的不同道路。其中,国家作为“管理者”在处理资本与劳动二者关系中发挥协调功能是极其重要的。从根本上来说,中国式现代化既超越了以资本主体化为主导的西方现代化模式,又超越了以国家主体化为主导的苏联现代化模式,重新构建了“劳动、资本、国家”三者的关系,开创了一条以劳动者主体为主导的现代化新道路。如果任由资本野蛮生长必将酿成社会的“政治混乱”,因而国家必须给资本健康发展设置“红绿灯”。唯有坚持党对经济工作的领导,发挥国家作为“管理者”的协调功能,才能让资本的逐利本性服从于并服务于中国特色社会主义的政治初心和价值目的,规范和引导资本健康发展的这样“一个重大政治问题”才能迎刃而解。

The ternary combination of “labor, capital and the State” determines the different road of national modernization in the course of human modernization. Among them, it is extremely important for the State, as a “manager”, to play a coordinating role in dealing with the relationship between capital and labor. Fundamentally speaking, China-style modernization road has gone beyond the Western modernization model led by capital subjectivity oriented and the Soviet modernization model led by the State subjectivity oriented. It has rebuilt the relationship among “labor, capital, and the State” and created a new modernization road led by the laborer subjectivity oriented. If capital is allowed to grow savagely, it will surely lead to “political chaos” in the society, so the State must set up “traffic lights” for the healthy development of capital. Only by upholding the Party’s leadership over economic work and giving play to the coordinating function of the State as a “manager” can the profit-seeking nature of capital obey and serve the original intention of politics and value purpose of the socialism with Chinese characteristics and the “major political problem” of regulating and guiding the healthy development of capital can be easily solved.
