新能源汽车专业双创人才培养模式探析

Analysis of the Training Mode of New Energy Vehicle Professional and Innovative Talents

我国国务院于2015年出台[2015]36号明确要求,需持续性创新改革学校创新创业教育,是国家立足未来战略发展层面,实施促进经济增长升级基本需求,更是促进高等教育综合改革、推动学生良好就业、创业重要路径。高等院校作为为社会培养高素养人才主阵地,肩负地方及区域内经济发展重任,开展创新创业教育,增强学生创新创业能力,是现下着重需考量问题,新能源汽车专业教学也应积极跟随时代发展潮流,为培养学生创新创业能力提供驱动力。本文主要分析新能源汽车专业双创人才培养重要性,分析当下双创人才培养模式中存在的不足,提出行之有效的解决措施,为学生创新创业实践提供驱动力。

China’s State Council issued [2015] No.36 in 2015 to clearly require continuous innovation and reform of school innovation and entrepreneurship education,which is the country’s basic needs for promoting economic growth and upgrading based on the future strategic development level,and is also an important path to promote the comprehensive reform of higher education,promote students’ good employment and entrepreneurship.As the main position for cultivating high-quality talents for the society,colleges and universities shoulder the important responsibility of local and regional economic development,carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education,and enhance students’ innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities,which are important issues to be considered at present,and the professional teaching of new energy vehicles should also actively follow the development trend of the times to provide a driving force for cultivating students’ innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities.This paper mainly analyzes the importance of training talents in the new energy vehicle major,analyzes the shortcomings in the current training mode of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship,and proposes effective solutions to provide driving force for students’ innovation and entrepreneurship practice.
