“三全育人”背景下汽车工程学院团总支思政教育的模式建设与研究

Model Construction and Research of Ideological and Political Education of the General Branch of Automotive Engineering College under the Background of “Three Comprehensive Education”

将“三全育人”理念应用于高校学生组织——汽车工程学院团总支的思政教育,使团总支学生干部更好的成为联系学院广大团员学生的纽带和桥梁,切实有效的为汽车工程学院团学工作及团总支建设提供支持和服务。本文以汽车工程学院团总支为主体,以“三全育人”为背景,以思政教育模式建设为核心,分三部分展开了探讨和研究。首先,本文对“三全育人”理念及含义进行讲述和撰写。其次,本文针对于汽车工程学院团总支思政教育的重要性进行了论述。最后,本文对汽车工程学院团总支思政教育的模式,结合着“全员育人”、“全过程育人”、“全方位育人”三个方面进行了研究。

The concept of “three comprehensive education” is applied to the ideological and political education of the general branch of the automotive engineering college,a student organization of colleges and universities,so that the student cadres of the general branch of the college can better become the link and bridge connecting the vast number of members and students of the college,and effectively provide support and services for the group study work and the construction of the general branch of the college of automotive engineering.This paper is discussed and studied in three parts,taking the general branch of the Institute of Automotive Engineering as the main body,taking the “three comprehensive education of people” as the background,and the construction of ideological and political education mode as the core.First of all,this article describes and writes about the concept and meaning of “three comprehensive education for people”.Secondly,this paper discusses the importance of ideological and political education in the General Branch of Automotive Engineering College.Finally,this paper studies the mode of ideological and political education of the general branch of the Automotive Engineering Institute,combining the three aspects of “all-round education”,“whole-process education” and “all-round education”.
