产教融合背景下高职机电专业创新型教师团队建设的研究

Research on the Team Building of Innovative Teachers in Higher Vocational Mechanical and Electrical Majors under the Background of Integration of Industry and Education

近年来,产教融合提出,使得许多院校对于人才的培养需求大幅度提高,特别针对高职院校而言,产教融合是产业与教育的深度合作,将产业和教育事业相融合,提高学生的社会实践能力。本文主要在产教融合背景下,以高职机电专业教师团队为对象,着力打造以创新型为主的教师团队,通过了解当前高职院校机电专业教师能力现状及提升需求,来思考如何有效打造高职机电专业创新型教师团队。

In recent years,the integration of industry and education has been proposed,which has greatly increased the demand for talent training in many colleges.Especially for vocational colleges,the integration of industry and education is the in-depth cooperation between industry and education,integrating industry and education,and improving students’ social practice ability.This paper mainly focuses on the background of the integration of industry and education,focusing on building an innovative teacher team for higher vocational mechanical and electrical professional teachers,and thinking about how to effectively build an innovative teacher team of higher vocational mechanical and electrical professional by understanding the current status quo and improvement needs of mechanical and electrical professional teachers in higher vocational colleges.
