基于“1+X”证书制度的职业本科人才培养方案

Vocational Undergraduate Talent Training Program based on the “1+X” Certificate System

在本文中,笔者将以某理工学校作为研究对象,将职业技能教育和学历教育更好地结合起来,并且将某专业的职业等级证书作为案例,在市场营销、国际经济与贸易、英语、工商管理等四个专业进行全面和系统的教学改革。组织好本校的实训教师,在持续不断的教学过程中有效的完善实训效果,建立更加合理的实训制度,从社会对于人才的缺口入手,对学生进行集中化、高质量的职业技能培训,这样也能够更好的完成预期目标,最终为国家培养出更多综合能力较高的复合型技能人才。

In this paper,the author will take a polytechnic school as the research object,better combine vocational skills education and academic education,and take the vocational level certificate of a major as a case to carry out comprehensive and systematic teaching reform in four majors,including marketing,international economics and trade,English,and business administration.The School organizes the practical training teachers of the school,effectively improves the practical training effect in the continuous teaching process,establishes a more reasonable practical training system,starts from the gap in the society for talents,and carries out centralized and high-quality vocational skills training for students,so as to better complete the expected goals,and finally cultivate more compound skilled talents with high comprehensive ability for the country.
