汽车座椅弹簧设计及优化研究

Research on the Design and Optimization of Car Seat Springs

汽车座椅弹簧的作用是在汽车形式过程中达到减震的作用,提高驾驶人的舒适感,当车辆长期在不平整的路面时,座椅能够降低车辆振动对人体机能带来的伤害,避免驾驶人由于血液循环等问题对视觉造成影响而带来交通安全问题。本文首先分析汽车机械振动对驾驶人的影响,通过确定座椅高度等内容研究汽车座椅弹簧设计重点,通过进行弹簧性能实验等内容研究汽车座椅弹簧设计优化方式。

The role of car seat spring is to achieve shock absorption in the process of automobile form,and improve the driver’s comfort.When the vehicle runs on uneven road surface,the seat can reduce the vehicle vibration to the human body function damage,to avoid the driver due to blood circulation and other problems on the visual impact and bring traffic safety problems.This paper first analyzes the influence of automobile mechanical vibration on the driver,studies the key points of automobile seat spring design by determining the seat height and other contents,and studies the optimization method of automobile seat spring design by conducting spring performance experiments.
