摘要
介绍发动机扭矩测试的原理,说明发动机不同装配阶段扭矩表现,并阐述扭矩曲线和数据分析方法及问题解决思路。通过扭矩测试机的合理规划,实现了对发动机整个装配过程的扭矩监控。结合统计的监控数据和曲线,技术人员可对装配过程中的质量问题进行分析。同时,该控制方法在汽车制造业的成功应用也可为其他行业的旋转扭矩监控提供指导。
This paper introduces the principle of engine torque test,explains the torque performance of different assembly stages of the engine,and expounds the torque curve,data analysis methods and problem-solving ideas.Through the reasonable planning of the torque testing machine,the torque monitoring of the entire assembly process of the engine is realized.Combined with statistical monitoring data and curves,technicians can analyze quality problems during assembly.At the same time,the successful application of this control method in the automotive industry can also provide guidance for rotational torque monitoring in other industries.
