In the process of automobile production and manufacturing,refrigerant filling failure problems occur from time to time,which will affect the production line beat and FTQ(one-time off line qualification rate).There are many reasons for refrigerant filling failure,and this paper is mainly aimed at the leakage problem of the joint between the low-pressure pipe and the compressor inlet pipe of the front evaporator of a model of the main engine factory,through 5M1E analysis of the root cause,taking control measures to solve the problem.
