摘要
风洞试验室利用测量设备研究经过物体的空气运动而产生的效应,旨在考察物体的气动,声学,热力学等性能。此类试验室为大型综合试验室,涉及多个学科和领域,包括电气自动化,机械工程,热力学,空气动力学,建筑学,流体力学,统计学等。目前国内一线的主流主机厂大部分已建成或正在筹建该类试验室,以提高其自身的研发及验证能力。本文对风洞分类和应用及系统组成原理作简要概述,旨在使读者了解此类试验室的基本原理,组成和应用场景,以了解其功能组成和在整车研发过程所扮演的重要角色。
The wind tunnel laboratory uses measuring equipment to study the efect of air movement through an object,aiming to investigate the aerodynamic,acoustic,thermodynamic and other properties of the object.This type of laboratory is a large-scale comprehensive laboratory relating to many disciplines and fields,including electrical automation,mechanical engineering,thermodynamics,aerodynamics,architecture,fluid mechanics,statistics,etc.At present,most of the mainstream OEMs in China have built or are preparing to build such laboratories to improve their own R&D and verification capabilities.This article briefly summarizes the classification and application of wind tunnels and the principles of system composition,aiming to enable readers to understand the basic principles,composition and application scenarios of such laboratories,so as to understand their functional composition and the important role they play in the vehicle development process.
