可持续转型背景下中国-东盟汽车业绿色发展路径研究及应对

Research and Response to the Green Development Path of China-ASEAN Automotive Industry under the Background of Sustainable Transformation

随着世界性的自然资源不足、生态环境恶化以及气候变化等问题不断严峻,全球经济增长面临严峻挑战,推动经济发展绿色转型是大势所趋。汽车产业对世界诸多国家的经济的发展和社会进步产生了巨大的作用。目前来看,各汽车生产国均已推动汽车产业向绿色低碳转型以实现可持续发展,并逐步围绕绿色低碳形成新的竞争优势。东盟和中国同为全球汽车产业发展的重要地区,已经在新能源汽车发展、制造环节绿色低碳转型等方面开展了一些工作,并签署了区域全面经济伙伴关系协定(RECP)和共建“一带一路”谅解备忘录等文件来加强合作。本文围绕中国和东盟国家汽车产业绿色发展路径规划及发展现状,选取了中国与东盟三个具备代表性的国家进行对比分析,提出了在区域中促进汽车产业实现绿色低碳高质量发展的建议。

With the continuous severe problems of insufficient natural resources,ecological environment deterioration and climate change in the world,global economic growth is facing severe challenges,and it is the general trend to promote the green transformation of economic development.The automobile industry has played a huge role in the economic development and social progress of many countries around the world.At present,all automobile producing countries have promoted the transformation of the automobile industry to green and low-carbon to achieve sustainable development,and gradually formed new competitive advantages around green and low-carbon.ASEAN and China,both important regions for the development of the global automotive industry,have carried out some work in the development of new energy vehicles,green and low-carbon transformation of manufacturing,and signed documents such as the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RECP)and the Memorandum of Understanding on the Belt and Road Initiative to strengthen cooperation.Focusing on the planning and development status of the green development path of the automotive industry in China and ASEAN countries,this paper selects three representative countries of China and ASEAN for comparative analysis,and puts forward suggestions for promoting the green,low-carbon and high-quality development of the automotive industry in the region.
