高职院校一体化课程研究——以《工业机器人拆装与维护》为例

摘要 目前,随着工业机器人产业的迅速发展,许多智能制造企业对其应用技术人员和维修人员的需求迅速增长。在高职院校综合课程改革的背景下,需要对《工业机器人拆装与维护》课程的综合教学进行改革。本文针对高职院校的特点,提出了《工业机器人拆装与维护》一体化课程的“项目式”教学模式,以提升高职院校学生的学习能力。本文从《工业机器人拆装与维护》课程中遇到的问题出发,指出了高职院校在培养过程中应采取一体化整合课程和以赛促教的方法,以弥补其不足。 At present,with the rapid development of the industrial robot industry,many intelligent manufacturing enterprises have a rapidly growing demand for their application technicians and maintenance personnel.In the context of the comprehensive curriculum reform of vocational colleges,it is necessary to reform the comprehensive teaching of the course"Industrial Robot Disassembly and Maintenance".According to the characteristics of vocational colleges,this paper proposes a"project-based"teaching mode of the integrated course of"Industrial Robot Disassembly and Maintenance"to improve the learning ability of students in vocational colleges.Starting from the problems encountered in the course of"Industrial Robot Disassembly and Maintenance",this paper points out that vocational colleges should adopt integrated courses and promote teaching by competition in the training process to make up for their shortcomings.
