高职扩招下弹性学制教育教学实施途径的研究——以云南交通运输职业学院为例

Research on the Implementation of Flexible Academic Education under Higher Vocational Expansion:A Case Study of Yunnan Transportation Vocational College

2019年职教20条的出台,明确要提高职业教育发展水平,同年,李克强总理在政府工作报告中首次提出要对高职院校实施扩招,自此,高职扩招正式拉开序幕。高职扩招的对象分为应届高中生和社会考生,针对扩招中的社会考生,根据学生的特点将采用弹性学制的培养形式,使得学校教学管理成为难题。本文以云南交通运输职业学院为例,经过调研制定了人才培养方案,采用线上线下结合、分散集中结合、校内外教学结合等教学模式,解决了百万扩招背景下弹性学制学生教学的诸多问题,为弹性学制的教育教学提供思路。

In 2019,the introduction of the 20 articles of vocational education clearly stated that it was necessary to improve the development level of vocational education,and in the same year,Premier Li Keqiang proposed for the first time in the government work report to expand the enrollment of higher vocational colleges,and since then,the expansion of higher vocational education has officially begun.The objects of higher vocational expansion are divided into fresh high school students and social candidates,and for social candidates in the expansion of enrollment,flexible academic training forms will be adopted according to the characteristics of students,making school teaching management a problem.Taking Yunnan Transportation Vocational College as an example,this paper formulates a talent training plan after investigation,and adopts teaching modes such as online and offline combination,decentralized centralized combination,and on-campus and of-campus teaching to solve many problems in the teaching of flexible students under the background of million-strong enrollment,and provides ideas for the education and teaching of flexible academic system.
