Research on the Integration Mechanism of Industry and Education in Automobile Industry College under Zhang Jian’s Educational Thought

张謇先生教育思想已经百余年历史,对当今职业教育起到了极大的推动作用,但随着科技的快速发展,传统职业教育已经很难适应当前企业的人才需求,因此进行职业教育模式改革迫在眉睫。当前改革形式很多,其中汽车专业产业学院建设最为突出,最符合吉利等企业的发展需求,进而文章以汽车职业教育产业学院建设为切入点,对当前人才培养的产教融合路径进行探讨,指出建设中存在的问题,并提出解决的措施,为增强职业教育的适应性教育提供理论参考。

Mr. Zhang Jian’s educational thought has a history of more than 100 years, which has played a great role in promoting vocational education today. However, with the rapid development of science and technology, traditional vocational education has been difficult to adapt to the talent needs of current enterprises, so it is urgent to reform the vocational education model. At present, there are many forms of reform, among which the construction of the automobile professional industry college is the most prominent, which is most in line with the development needs of Geely and other enterprises. Furthermore, the article takes the construction of the automobile vocational education industry college as the starting point, discusses the integration path of industry and education for the current talent training, points out the problems existing in the construction, and puts forward solutions to provide a theoretical reference for strengthening the adaptive education of vocational education.
