摘要
新能源汽车CAN总线故障诊断是影响新能源汽车维修效率的主要因素,因此一种方便快速的诊断方法尤为重要。新能源汽车CAN总线故障的诊断也逐渐成为后市场影响新能源汽车推广的重要因素。本文基于新能源汽车CAN总线的波形进行故障诊断研究,阐明了波形与故障原因之间的关系,明确了基于CAN总线波形进行故障诊断的方法。本研究能够简化CAN总线故障诊断的流程,缩短故障诊断时间,提高企业效益,促进新能源汽车的发展。
CAN Bus fault diagnostic of new energy vehicle is the main factor of efecting new energy maintenance,therefore,a convenient and rapid diagnostic method is particularly important.Can Bus fault diagnosis of new energy vehicle is becoming an important factor that afects the promotion of new energy vehicle.This paper studies the fault diagnosis based on the waveform of CAN bus of new energy vehicle,expounds the relationship between the waveform and the cause of the fault,and clarifies the method of fault diagnosis based on the waveform of CAN bus.This research can simplify the process of CAN bus fault diagnosis,shorten the time of fault diagnosis,improve the benefit of enterprises and promote the development of new energy vehicles.
