摘要 随着中国汽车行业的长足发展,汽车行业对转向系统中机械管柱设计开发的成本控制要求十分迫切,但是各主机厂对管柱的性能标准却日益严苛。以自主设计的一种低成本的机械管柱结构方案为例,基于响应面法模型建模,以第一阶固有频率为主要优化目标,协同刚度等其他性能参数对机械管柱进行结构优化设计,通过CAE仿真验证、样件试验验证得到管柱刚度、固有频率、转动力矩、保持力等性能结果。通过最终样件试验的结果证明,基于响应面法计算后优化的设计结构,可以有效提高机械管柱的各项性能指标,本例提出的优化设计方法和思路可以广泛的应用到机械管柱的开发设计中。 With the rapid development of China’s automotive industry,the automotive industry has very urgent requirements for the cost control of the design and development of mechanical pipe columns in the steering system,but the performance standards of the main engine manufacturers are increasingly stringent.Taking a self-designed low-cost mechanical string structure scheme as an example,based on the response surface method model modeling,taking the first-order natural frequency as the main optimization objective,and cooperating with other performance parameters such as stifness,the structural optimization design of mechanical string is carried out.Through CAE simulation verification and sample test verification,the performance results of string stifness,natural frequency,rotating torque,retention force and so on are obtained.The results of the final sample test show that the optimized design structure based on the response surface method can efectively improve the performance indicators of the mechanical string.The optimization design method and idea proposed in this example can be widely used in the development and design of the mechanical string.
