生长抑素联合吲哚美辛治疗ERCP术后急性胰腺炎的临床效果

Clinical Effects of Somatostatin Combined with Indomethacin in the Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis after ERCP Surgery

目的:分析生长抑素联合吲哚美辛治疗经内镜逆行性胰胆管造影术(ERCP)术后急性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2022年2月东南大学附属中大医院无锡分院无锡市锡山人民医院收治的ERCP术后急性胰腺炎患者54例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各27例。对照组给予生长抑素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予吲哚美辛治疗。比较两组患者住院时长、炎性指标、转归率。结果:观察组住院时长短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者超敏C反应蛋白、降钙素原、白细胞计数水平均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组转归率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用生长抑素联合吲哚美辛治疗ERCP术后急性胰腺炎效果良好,可有效改善患者的机体炎性反应,有利于缩短住院时间。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of somatostatin combined with indomethacin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis after transendoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP).Methods:Fifty-four patients with acute post-ERCP acute pancreatitis admitted to Wuxi Xishan People's Hospital,Wuxi Branch of Zhongda Hospital Affiliated to Southeast University,from January 2018 to February 2022 were selected as observation subjects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 27 cases each.The control group was given somatostatin treatment,and the observation group was given indomethacin treatment on the basis of the control group.The length of hospitalization,inflammatory indexes,and regression rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The length of hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of ultrasensitive C-reactive protein,procalcitonin and white blood cell count were reduced in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The conversion rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of somatostatin combined with indomethacin is effective in treating acute pancreatitis after ERCP,which can effectively improve the organism inflammatory response of patients and help shorten the hospitalization time.
