六味地黄汤联合消渴丸治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction Combined with Xiaoke Pill in Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:分析六味地黄汤联合消渴丸治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法:选取2020年6月-2022年6月北京市丰台区成寿寺街道社区卫生服务中心门诊收治的2型糖尿病患者78例为研究对象,随机抽样分组法分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组给予消渴丸治疗,观察组给予六味地黄汤联合消渴丸治疗。比较两组患者疾病症状积分、血糖水平、治疗效果和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组患者口渴喜饮、五心烦热、疲乏、消瘦积分均下降,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:六味地黄汤联合消渴丸治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果显著,可缓解患者疾病症状,维持血糖理想范围。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with Xiaoke pill in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of seventy-eight patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the department of outpatient of Chengshousi Subdistrict Community Health Service Center of Fengtai District in Beijing from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with thirty-nine cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xiaoke pill,and the observation group was treated with Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with Xiaoke pill.Disease symptom score,blood glucose level,therapeutic effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of thirst and appetite,five irritability and heat,fatigue and wasting in 2 groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in 2 groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with Xiaoke pill has remarkable clinical effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,which can relieve the disease symptoms and maintain the ideal range of blood glucose.
