针灸联合黄连温胆颗粒治疗精神分裂症患者失眠的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Huanglian Wendan Granules on Insomnia in Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:观察精神分裂症患者失眠应用针灸联合黄连温胆颗粒的治疗效果。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年1月茂名市第三人民医院精神科收治的精神分裂症失眠患者96例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组给予阿普唑仑治疗,观察组给予针灸联合黄连温胆颗粒治疗。比较两组患者阳性与阴性综合征量表(PANSS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、不良反应发生率(不良反应量表TESS)。结果:治疗后1、2、3、7、14 d,两组患者PANSS评分均降低,同时间点观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后14 d,两组患者睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠效率、睡眠时间、睡眠障碍评分均降低,同时间点观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组失眠、口干、恶心呕吐、便秘、视力模糊、氨基转移酶增高发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症患者应用针灸联合黄连温胆颗粒治疗,有助于改善患者的临床症状,提升睡眠质量,降低患者不良反应发生率。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with Huanglian Wendan Granules on insomnia in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:A total of ninety-six patients with schizophrenia and insomnia admitted to the Department of Psychiatric of Maoming Third People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with forty-eight cases in each group.The control group was treated with alprazolam,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with Huanglian Wendan granules.Positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS)scores,Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI)scores,and incidence of adverse reactions(TESS)were compared between the two groups.Results:On day 1,2,3,7 and 14 after treatment,PANSS scores in both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group at the same time point,with statistical significance(P<0.05).14 days after treatment,the sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep time and sleep disorder score of 2 groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group at the same time point,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of insomnia,dry mouth,nausea and vomiting,constipation,blurred vision and increased transaminase in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of acupuncture combined with Huanglian Wendan granules in the treatment of schizophrenia is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve sleep quality and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients.
