平衡罐结合俞募配穴针刺治疗痰湿内盛型单纯性肥胖症平台期的临床效果

The Clinical Effect of Balance Tank Combined with Yumu Acupuncture Combined with Acupuncture on the Treatment of Simple Obesity Stage of Phlegm-dampness Endogenous Type

目的:探讨痰湿内盛型单纯性肥胖症平台期应用平衡罐结合俞募配穴针刺治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2020年7月-2022年1月韶关市中医院收治的痰湿内盛型单纯性肥胖症平台期患者80例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规针刺治疗,观察组给予平衡罐结合俞募配穴针刺治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、肥胖相关指标、血脂[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度胆固醇(HDL-C)]。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者体重、体重指数、腰围均下降,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者TC、TG、LDL-C水平降低,HDL-C水平升高,观察组TC、TG、LDL-C水平低于对照组,HDL-C水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取平衡罐结合俞募配穴针刺法治疗痰湿内盛型单纯性肥胖症平台期患者临床效果显著,可改善患者肥胖效果指标及血脂水平。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of applying the balance tank combined with Yumu acupuncture combined with acupuncture on the treatment of simple obesity stage of phlegm-dampness endogenous type.Methods:Eighty patients admitted to Shaoguan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in July 2020-January 2022 with phlegm-dampness internal prevalence type simple obesity in the plateau stage were selected as the study subjects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases each.The control group was given conventional acupuncture treatment,and the observation group was given balanced tank combined with acupuncture at the Yumu combined with acupunctures treatment.The clinical efficacy,obesity-related indexes,and blood lipids[total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG),low-density cholesterol(LDL-C),and high-density cholesterol(HDL-C)]of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the weight,body mass index and waist circumference of patients in both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TC,TG and LDL-C levels decreased and HDL-C levels increased in both groups.In the observation group,TC,TG and LDL-C levels were lower than those in the control group,and HDL-C levels were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Balancing tank combined with acupuncture at the Yumu combined with acupunctures is clinically effective in treating patients with the plateau stage of phlegm-dampness internal prevalence type simple obesity,and can improve the obesity effect index and blood lipid level of patients.
