小儿静疗专科护理干预提高PICC依从性的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Pediatric Sedation Specialist Nursing Intervention to Improve the Compliance of PICC

目的:分析专科护理干预在小儿经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)静疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年8月-2022年8月首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院肿瘤外科病房收治的小儿PICC患者90例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合静疗专科护理干预,比较两组患儿依从性、并发症发生率、家长负性情绪、家长满意度。结果:观察组依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组患儿家长抑郁、焦虑、压力评分均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家长满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:静脉专科护理可提高小儿PICC依从性,减少并发症发生率,缓解家长负性情绪,可提高家长满意度。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of specialist nursing intervention in pediatric sedation with central venous catheter(PICC)placed through peripheral vein.Methods:Ninety pediatric PICC patients admitted to the Surgical Oncology Unit,Beijing Children's Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as observation subjects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,45 cases each.The control group was given conventional nursing interventions,and the observation group was combined with sedation specialist nursing interventions on the basis of the control group.The compliance,complication rate,negative parental emotion and parental satisfaction of the children in the two groups were compared.Results:The compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After care,the depression,anxiety and stress scores of parents of children in both groups were reduced,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The parents of children in the observation group were more satisfied than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intravenous specialist care can improve the compliance of pediatric PICC,reduce the incidence of complications,alleviate the negative emotions of parents,and improve parental satisfaction.
