7例胃癌手术患者围术期合理的营养支持分析

Analysis of Rational Nutrition Support during Perioperative Period in 7 Patients with Gastric Cancer Undergoing Operation

目的:探讨7例胃癌手术患者围术期合理的营养支持。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年1月内蒙古兴安盟人民医院收治的胃癌手术患者7例为研究对象,均实施围术期合理的营养支持。分析患者血清白蛋白及免疫球蛋白A水平、生活质量、负性情绪、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果:入院时患者血清白蛋白及免疫球蛋白A水平高于术后第3天,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后患者生理职能、生机职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况评分高于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前患者焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分高于护理后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后有1例患者出现恶心症状,并发症发生率14.29%;护理后患者满意度100%。结论:围术期合理的营养支持不仅能有效改善胃癌患者血清白蛋白及免疫球蛋白A水平,提高患者生活质量,缓解负性情绪,还能降低术后并发症,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective:To investigate the rational nutrition support in seven patients with gastric cancer during perioperative period.Methods:From January 2021 to January 2022,seven patients undergoing gastric cancer surgery in Hinggan League People's Hospital were studied.All patients received rational nutrition support during the perioperative period.Serum albumin and immunoglobulin A levels,quality of life,negative emotion,complication rate,nursing satisfaction were analyzed.Results:The levels of serum albumin and immunoglobulin A were higher on admission than on the 3rd day after surgery,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,vital function,body pain and general health status of patients after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale before nursing were higher than those after nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,1 patient developed nausea,and the complication rate was 14.29%.Patient satisfaction after nursing was 100%.Conclusion:Rational nutrition support in perioperative period can not only effectively improve the serum albumin and immunoglobulin A levels of patients with gastric cancer,improve the quality of life of patients,relieve negative emotions,but also reduce postoperative complications and improve patients'nursing satisfaction.
