康复护理对脑卒中患者日常生活能力的影响

Influence of Rehabilitation Nursing on the Daily Living Ability of Stroke Patients

目的:探讨康复护理对脑卒中患者日常生活能力的影响。方法:选取2020年3月-2022年3月江苏昆山市第一人民医院神经内科收治的脑卒中患者80例为观察对象,采用随机投掷法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予康复护理干预,比较两组患者日常生活能力[巴塞尔指数(Barthel)指数]、运动功能评定量表、肌张力[改良Ashworth量表]、创伤成长(创伤后成长评定量表)。结果:护理后,两组Barthel指数均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者上肢运动功能、下肢运动功能评分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者上肢、下肢Ashworth评分均下降,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者人际关系、个人力量、新的可能、欣赏生活评分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复护理在脑卒中患者的护理中能提升患者日常生活能力和运动功能,改善肌张力,促进创伤后成长。

Objective:To explore the influence of rehabilitation nursing on the daily living ability of stroke patients.Methods:A total of eighty stroke patients admitted to the Department of Neurology of Kunshan First People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with forty cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received rehabilitation nursing intervention.Daily living ability[Barthel index],motor function rating scale,muscle tone[modified Ashworth Scale]and traumatic growth(post traumatic growth Rating Scale)were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,Barthel index increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of upper limb motor function and lower limb motor function were increased in 2 groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,Ashworth scores of upper and lower limbs were decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,interpersonal relationship,personal strength,new possibilities,appreciation of life scores were increased in both groups,the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of stroke patients can improve patients'daily living ability and motor function,improve muscle tone,promote post-traumatic growth.
