2019-2020年北京青龙桥社区居民糖尿病和高血压影响因素分析

Influencing Factors of Diabetes and Hypertension in Qinglongqiao Community of Beijing from 2019 to 2020

目的:了解北京市青龙桥社区居民糖尿病、高血压的流行病学特征及影响因素。方法:收集2019-2020年青龙桥社区居民体检资料,应用logistic回归分析糖尿病、高血压及高血压合并糖尿病的影响因素。结果:多因素logistic回归分析显示,肥胖、锻炼情况和血脂情况与居民患糖尿病风险有关(P<0.05);年龄、超重和肥胖、腰围、锻炼情况和血清肌酐是居民患高血压的危险因素(P<0.05);年龄、超重和肥胖、腰围、锻炼情况和血清肌酐与居民患糖尿病合并高血压高风险相关(P<0.05)。结论:北京市青龙桥社区在预防糖尿病、高血压及糖尿病合并高血压中应提倡健康生活方式,控制可改变危险因素,通过日常监测和体检及时了解疾病进程,加强慢性病管理和防控工作。

Objective:To investigate the epidemiological characteristics and influencing factors of diabetes and hypertension in Qinglongqiao community of Beijing.Methods:Physical examination data of residents in Qinglongqiao Community from 2019 to 2020 were collected,and the influencing factors of diabetes,hypertension and hypertension combined with diabetes were analyzed by logistic regression.Results:Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that obesity,exercise and blood lipid were related to the risk of diabetes in residents(P<0.05).Age,overweight and obesity,waist circumference,exercise and serum creatinine were risk factors for hypertension(P<0.05).Age,overweight and obesity,waist circumference,physical activity and serum creatinine were associated with high risk of diabetes mellitus and hypertension(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the prevention of diabetes,hypertension and diabetes combined with hypertension,Beijing Qinglongqiao community should advocate a healthy lifestyle,control modifiable risk factors,timely understand the disease course through daily monitoring and physical examination,and strengthen the management and prevention of chronic diseases.
