异色瓢虫对高粱蚜的捕食功能反应

摘要 [目的]开展成年不同性别异色瓢虫对高粱蚜捕食功能反应的研究。[方法]将野外采集的供试异色瓢虫样本进行性别区分,随后对其进行48 h的饥饿处理,在处理后以1头/皿放于培养皿中,并放入不同数目的高粱蚜虫,24 h后统计培养皿内剩余高粱蚜数目。[结果]随着环境中高粱蚜虫数目的不断增加,异色瓢虫的捕食量逐渐减少并趋于平稳。[结论]不同性别的异色瓢虫对高粱蚜的捕食功能性有差异,雌性异色瓢虫捕食量较大,雄性次之。 [Objective] To study the predatory functional response of adult Harmonia axyridis of different sexes to Melanaphis sacchari. [Method] The samples of Hamonia axyridis collected in the field were gender differentiated,and then they were starved for 48 hours. After treatment,1 head/dish was placed in the petri dish,and different numbers of Melanaphis sacchari were placed. After 24 hours,the number of remaining Melanaphis sacchari in the petri dish was counted. [Result] With the increasing number of Melanaphis sacchari in the environment,the predation amount of Hamonia axyridis decreased gradually and tended to be stable. [Conclusion] There are differences in the predatory function of different sex Hamonia axyridis on Melanaphis sacchari,and the predatory amount of female Hamonia axyridis is larger than that of male.
