Exploration of the Innovation of the Employment-oriented Moral Education Mode in Secondary Vocational Schools

“百年大计,教育为本,德育为先。”一直以来,德育工作都是我国人才培养工作的重中之重。中职院校只有做好学生的德育工作,才能培养学生良好的品行,使其能够为国家、为社会作贡献。文章立足就业形势,对中职德育工作的开展意义进行分析,同时从就业的角度探究创新中职德育工作模式的策略,指出中职教师可以从更新德育理念、完善德育内容、改进德育方式、模拟真实职场四个角度创新德育工作。

"Education is a century-old plan, education is the foundation, and moral education is the first." For a long time,moral education has always been the top priority of talent training in China. Only by doing a good job in students’ moral education can secondary vocational colleges cultivate students’ good moral character and enable them to make contributions to the country and society. Based on the employment situation, the article analyzes the significance of the development of moral education in secondary vocational schools, and probes into the strategies of innovating the work mode of moral education in secondary vocational schools from the perspective of employment. It points out that teachers in secondary vocational schools can innovate moral education from fouth perspectives: updating moral education concepts, improving moral education content, improving moral education methods, simulating real workplace, and innovating evaluation system.
