Labor education plays a vital role in the long-term development of students.The school’s labor education for students can not only improve students’ability of independence,self-reliance and self-reliance,but also cultivate students’optimistic attitude towards life.Starting from the connotation of labor education,the article clarifies the importance and significance of labor education,analyzes the problems existing in current school labor education,and from the aspects of correcting students’labor attitude,cultivating students’labor habits,strengthening the construction of teachers’team,improving teachers’labor literacy,gathering various educational forces,jointly carrying out labor education,improving the labor curriculum system,improving the quality of labor education,etc,to explore the strategies of effective labor education.
