课程思政融入高职护理实训课教学的策略探赜

Exploration of the Strategy of Integrating Curriculum Ideological and Political Education into Nursing Practice Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges

护理高职院校要以立德树人为中心环节,充分挖掘课程思政资源,将课程思政润物无声地融入护理实训教学。文章依据护理专业实践课程思政教学指引,从护理岗位胜任力出发,凸显课程思政融入的重要性,深入分析护理实训课开展课程思政教学面临的难点,介绍思政教育融入实训课程的策略,探索技能教学与课程思政教学相融合的新型教学模式,以期最大化地发挥二者的协同作用,为培养具有护理职业精神、尚德精术的全方位护理人才打好基础。

Nursing vocational colleges should take moral education as the central link,fully tap the curriculum ideological and political resources,and integrate the curriculum ideological and political moistening into nursing practice teaching silently.According to the guidelines of ideological and political education in the practical courses of nursing specialty,starting from the competency of nursing posts,this article highlights the importance of ideological and political integration in the courses,analyzes the difficulties faced by the implementation of ideological and political education in the practical courses of nursing,introduces the strategies of integrating ideological and political education into the practical courses,and explores a new teaching mode of integrating technical teaching with ideological and political teaching in the courses,with a view to maximizing the synergy between the two,in order to cultivate nursing professionalism,the all-round nursing talents of suntech have laid a good foundation.
