传统资助工作通常只关注经济资助,而不重视资助育人中扶智、扶志两方面的核心作用。在“三全育人”理念指导下,高职院校资助育人工作还需要构建起涵盖学校、政府、家庭、社会及学生的协同管理机制,精准发挥资助育人的核心作用,提升资助育人的针对性和实效性。文章简述“三全育人”理念下高职院校资助育人管理的重要作用,分析“三全育人”理念下高职院校资助育人体系遇到的问题,并探讨“三全育人”理念下高职院校资助育人管理体系构建策略。

The traditional financial aid work usually only focuses on financial aid,but does not attach importance to the core role of supporting intelligence and ambition in the education of people.Under the guidance of the concept of"three complete education",higher vocational colleges need to build a collaborative management mechanism covering schools,governments,families,society and students to accurately play the core role of funding education and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of funding education.The article briefly describes the important role of the management of subsidizing education in higher vocational colleges under the concept of"three complete education",analyzes the problems encountered in the system of subsidizing education in higher vocational colleges under the concept of"three complete education",and discusses the construction strategy of the management system of subsidizing education in higher vocational colleges under the concept of"three complete education".
