“实习场”理念在幼儿教育中的运用探讨——以大班“植物扎染”活动为例

摘要 “实习场”不仅是一个特定的场地,还是一个真实的社会环境。“实习场”理念应用于幼儿教育中可为幼儿提供特别的学习环境,引导幼儿通过多方面的知识学习、实践,获得有益于成长的生活经验,促进幼儿的社会化发展和健康成长。文章以乡村幼儿教育作为研究视角,在分析乡村幼儿园教学现状、“实习场”幼儿教学理念内涵的基础上,以大班“植物扎染”活动为例,分别从五个方面探究“实习场”理念在幼儿教育中的重要作用:激发幼儿的学习兴趣、推动幼儿的学习活动、促进幼儿的个性化发展、帮助幼儿习得生活经验、促进幼儿的社会化发展。 "Practice field"is not only a specific place,but also a real social environment.The application of the concept of"practice field"in early childhood education can provide special learning environment for children,guide children to gain life experience beneficial to growth through various knowledge learning and practice,and promote children’s social development and healthy growth.Taking the rural preschool education as the research perspective,based on the analysis of the current rural kindergarten teaching situation and the connotation of the"practice field"preschool teaching concept,taking the"plant tie-dye"activity of the large class as an example,the article explores the important role of the"practice field"concept in preschool education from five aspects:stimulating children’s learning interest,promoting children’s learning activities,promoting children’s personalized development,helping children learn life experience Promote the socialization development of children.
