摘要 基于素质教育理念,教师要在日常教学中渗透德育内容,引导学生形成正确的价值观,促进学生全面、综合发展。班主任作为班级的管理者,要从班级管理的角度出发,对学生进行社会主义核心价值观教育、理想信念教育、生态文明教育、心理健康教育、中华优秀传统文化教育等内容的渗透,积极提升学生的核心素养。文章在阐述班主任德育工作意义、德育工作主要内容的基础上,分析班主任德育工作面临的困境,探究班主任德育工作的具体策略:更新德育观念、提升专业素养、运用多元化德育方式、建立完善的评价机制,以此提升班主任德育工作成效。 Based on the concept of quality education,teachers should permeate moral education in daily teaching,guide students to form correct values,and promote students’comprehensive and comprehensive development.As a class manager,the head teacher should,from the perspective of class management,carry out the infiltration of socialist core values education,ideal and belief education,ecological civilization education,mental health education,and excellent traditional Chinese culture education,and actively improve students’core competence.On the basis of expounding the significance and main contents of the moral education work of class teachers,the article analyzes the difficulties faced by the moral education work of class teachers,and explores the specific strategies of the moral education work of class teachers:update the moral education concept of class teachers,improve the professional quality,use diversified moral education methods,and establish a perfect evaluation mechanism,so as to improve the effectiveness of the moral education work of class teachers.
