In the context of the full implementation of the"double reduction"policy,how to reduce students’academic burden is the focus of school education,and also the main problem to be solved in the current home-school cooperation.The scientific family upbringing mode is an important measure to reduce students’academic burden.In the home-school cooperation,teachers should strengthen the publicity and interpretation of the"double reduction"policy,guide students’parents to actively optimize and change the family upbringing mode,and parents should improve the implementation of family upbringing,reduce the pressure on children to enter school,and strengthen communication with teachers.On the basis of analyzing the concept of academic burden and family upbringing,the article analyzes the relationship between family upbringing and students’academic burden,the causes of the impact of family upbringing on academic burden,and explores specific measures to optimize family upbringing,so as to effectively reduce students’academic burden.
