课程思政背景下公安院校新时代政治伦理教育探析

An analysis of political ethics education in the new era under the background of ideological politics

立德树人是检验教育成效的根本标准,课程思政建设已成为全程、全方位育人理念下的教育改革前沿。新时代政治伦理教育的开展不仅契合课程思政德性教育与政治教育的双向目标导向,而且也是体现公安院校特殊政治属性的课程思政建设新思路。公安院校政治伦理教育在吸收中华优秀传统文化精华与西方政治思想中的“公共人”精神基础上,更要以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指引,重点突出公安机关与公安工作的新时代政治伦理内涵。在课程思政背景下,公安院校新时代政治伦理教育需充分发挥思政课的政治引领与价值引领作用,分门别类构建政治伦理教育教学体系,并在理论与实践相结合中努力锻造公安院校师生的政治伦理素养。

Building morality and cultivating people is the fundamental standard to test the effectiveness of education.The ideological and political construction of curriculum has become the forefront of education reform under the guidance of all-round education.The development of political ethics education in the new era is not only in line with the two-way goal orientation of ideological and political virtue education and political education,but also a new idea of ideological and political construction of courses reflecting the special political attributes of public security colleges.On the basis of absorbing the essence of Chinese excellent traditional culture and the spirit of“public people”in western political thought,the political ethics education of public security colleges and universities should take Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as the scientific guidance,and focus on the political ethics connotation of the public security organs and public security work in the new era.Under the background of ideological politics construction,the political ethics education in public security colleges and universities should give full play to the political guidance and value leading role of ideological and political courses,classify the political ethics education and teaching system,and strive to forge the political ethics quality of teachers and students in public security colleges in the combination of theory and practice.
