摘要
为了降低容器云中大量物理主机的消耗能量,提出基于萤火虫群优化算法的容器云资源低能耗部署方法。通过建立能量消耗模型得出能耗代价函数,将能耗问题转换成多目标优化问题,利用帕累托占优求解多目标优化问题得出最优解集,保证部署过程中最低能耗。基于容器云资源部署的要求,利用萤火虫群优化算法不断更新容器云资源虚拟机,将主机视为萤火虫种群,根据荧光素在全局中寻优,得出相应虚拟机,生成最优部署方案。实验结果表明,萤火虫群方法优化的容器云部署性能较好,部署运行时间短、开销小。
In order to decrease the large number of idle nodes consume energy in container-based cloud,a low-energy deployment method of container cloud resources based on firefly swarm optimization algorithm is proposed. By establishing the energy consumption model,the energy consumption cost function is obtained,the energy consumption problem is transformed into a multi-objective optimization problem,and the Leto dominance is used to solve the multi-objective optimization problem to obtain the optimal solution set,that is,the minimum energy consumption to be guaranteed in the deployment process. Based on the requirements of container cloud resource deployment,the firefly swarm optimization algorithm is used to continuously update the container cloud resource virtual machine. The host is regarded as a firefly population,and the corresponding virtual machine is obtained and the optimal deployment scheme is generated according to the global optimization of fluorescein. Experimental results show that the proposed method has good deployment performance,short running time and low overhead.
