在轨卫星平台在役考核标体系构建 被引量:1

摘要 在役考核作为新的试验鉴定模式,是对性能试验、作战试验任务的补充完善,是装备列装服役后进行的持续性考核验证活动。然而卫星在役考核相比于普通地面装备实施难度较大,数据获取难度较大,加之实际工作中试验鉴定部门平台试验鉴定的重视程度不足,致使卫星在役考核存在弱化情况。当前国际太空形势复杂多变,卫星火箭革命迅猛发展,快速响应对于卫星模块化的要求越来越突出。文章针对当前卫星平台在役考核弱化的现象分析了平台在役考核对于整星鉴定状态的重要性,提出卫星平台在役考核指标体系构建思路,并运用映射分解方法构建了卫星平台在役考核指标体系,对于卫星在役考核具有借鉴意义。 As a new test and appraisal mode,in-service assessment is a complement to performance test and combat test tasks,and a continuous assessment and verification activity after equipment is put into service. However,compared with ordinary equipment,satellite in-service assessment is more difficult to implement and obtain data. In addition,the lack of attention paid by test and appraisal departments to platform test and appraisal in practical work leads to the weakening of satellite in-service assessment. The current international situation is complicated,space satellite rocket revolution has developed fast and fast,the requirement of fast response for satellite modular is more and more prominent. In view of the importance of in-service assessment of satellite platform to the status of the whole satellite evaluation, this paper proposes the idea of constructing in-service assessment index system of satellite platform, and uses mapping decomposition method to construct the in-service assessment index system of satellite platform.
