基于市场营销的家具企业物流管理研究

摘要 随着我国加入WTO和房地产业逐渐繁荣,国民对物质的需求逐渐加强,对更高档的家具产品需求也与日俱增,中国家具行业的发展趋势越来越好,专营家居产品的新市场也如雨后春笋般形成。在这样的市场氛围中,各个商家也演绎了投放广告等各种竞争模式,家具行业急需寻找到新的市场点来获取更好的发展。家具公司想要获得持续性竞争优势,离不开合理的营销战略,营销战略体现出一个公司强大的战略能力,成为家具企业获取持续性竞争优势的关键因素之一。从现代市场营销的角度,通过研究物流管理系统对企业市场营销战略的影响,可以更深入地认识现代营销体系对家具行业物流管理工作的重要意义,从而为中小企业进一步增强核心竞争力提供具体建议和对策。 With China’s accession to the WTO and the gradual prosperity of the real estate industry,the demand for more high-grade furniture products is also increasing day by day;the development trend of China’s furniture industry is getting better and better;the new market for household products has sprung up,coupled with the gradual increase in the national demand for material.In such a market atmosphere,various businesses also stage varying competitive models such as advertising,furniture industry urgently needs to find a new market point to get better development.Furniture companies want to obtain sustainable competitive advantages,which cannot be separated from reasonable marketing strategy,which reflects a company’s strong strategic ability,but also become a key factor for furniture companies to obtain sustainable competitive advantages.From the perspective of modern marketing,we can have a deeper understanding of the significance of modern marketing system on the logistics management of furniture industry,so as to provide concrete countermeasures for small and medium-sized enterprises to further enhance the core competitiveness,by studying the influence of logistics management system on the marketing strategy of enterprises.
