乡村振兴战略下开封市农村电商与物流协同发展研究

Research on the Coordinated Development of Rural E-Commerce and Logistics in Kaifeng City Under the Rural Revitalization Strategy

推进乡村振兴,农业是基础,农村电商物流与脱贫助农相结合成为促进农村经济发展的重要推力。文章以开封市农村电商及物流为研究对象,分析乡村振兴战略下开封市农村电商与物流协同发展过程中存在的电商意识薄弱、农村物流发展分散、电商与物流协同度低以及协同发展缺少科学管理四个方面的问题,并结合发展现状提出创新特色农产品电商经营、加快农村物流建设、补齐发展短板和统筹科学管理的重要发展路径。

To promote rural revitalization,agriculture is the foundation.The combination of rural e-commerce logistics and poverty alleviation and agricultural assistance has become an important thrust to promote rural economic development.Taking rural e-commerce and logistics in Kaifeng City as the research object,this paper analyzes the four problems of the coordinated development of rural e-commerce and logistics in Kaifeng City under the strategy of rural revitalization,namely,weak e-commerce awareness,decentralized rural logistics development,low coordination between e-commerce and logistics,and lack of scientific management.Based on the current development situation,this paper proposes an important development path of innovating the e-commerce operation of agricultural products with characteristics,speeding up the construction of rural logistics,complementing the development weaknesses and coordinating scientific management.
