双循环背景下我国跨境电商物流发展研究

Research on China’s Cross-Border E-Commerce Logistics Development Under the Background of Dual Circulation

随着以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局的提出,我国跨境电商物流的发展也开始面临着新的挑战与机遇。文章首先分析了在新格局背景下我国跨境物流遇到的困境,例如国际环境的不确定性、国际网点有限、信息化水平较低、跨境物流人才供需结构性矛盾等。随后文章还给出了相关建议,提出我国跨境物流的发展应优先夯实相关行业的内循环,再以优势产业链撬动国际循环。

With the proposal of a new development pattern featuring domestic big circulation and mutual promotion of domestic and international dual circulation,the development of cross-border e-commerce logistics in China is facing new challenges and opportunities.This paper first analyzes the difficulties faced by China’s cross-border logistics in the context of the new pattern,such as the uncertainty of the international environment,the limited international outlets,the low level of informatization,and the structural contradiction between supply and demand of cross-border logistics talents.Then this paper gives relevant suggestions,and puts forward that the development of cross-border logistics in China should first consolidate the internal circulation of related industries,and then leverage the international circulation with the advantage of industrial chain.
