Research on Procurement Optimization Based on Supply Chain Collaboration

采购成本的高低直接影响企业的盈利能力,在竞争日益激烈的环境下,实现供应链上各企业的高效交流、信息共享和合作共赢成为企业追求的目标。基于供应链协同的采购策略,要求供应链上各企业有效利用相关技术与方法,推动供应商与制造商绩效水平的双重提升,实现降本增效、合作共赢和整体优化。文章以企业A为例,从公司采购环节存在的问题出发,提出基于供应链协同的采购优化策略。

The level of procurement cost affects the profitability of enterprises directly.In an increasingly competitive environment,it has become the goal of enterprises in the supply chain to achieve efficient communication,information sharing and win-win cooperation.In order to achieve the goal,all enterprises involved should make use of relevant technologies to improve the performance of both the suppliers and the manufacturers,based on the requirements of collaborative procurement of supply chain.Taking Enterprise A as an example,the author proposes a procurement optimization strategy based on supply chain coordination to solve the problems existing in the procurement link.
