With the increasingly fierce market economic environment,the modern logistics industry has gradually become active.Anhui logistics industry is in the transitional stage of development towards modern logistics.With the implementation of the strategy of the rise of the central region,Anhui’s logistics industry has developed rapidly.There are some problems in its continuous development.The contradiction between supply and demand of human resources in modern logistics industry has become a prominent problem.The rapid development of logistics industry makes the market demand for talents increase day by day,which brings good opportunities for the construction of logistics specialty in higher vocational colleges.We must attach importance to the analysis of talent demand for enterprises in the logistics industry,and provide suggestions for the development planning of Anhui logistics industry through investigation and research.The paper will research and analyze the development status of logistics industry in Anhui Province,investigate the demand for logistics talents in the industry,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for training logistics professionals.
