基于碳平衡的碳排放智能化检测系统在火电企业的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目前火电企业针对入炉煤、燃烧灰渣样品主要依靠人工采集、制备和化验,现有的自动化系统设备自动化程度及工作效率无法满足入炉煤快速采制化需求,煤质检测分析设备精度及效率尚有提升空间,因而提出1种基于碳平衡的碳排放智能化检测系统并研究其在火电企业的应用很有必要。从碳平衡法的原理及技术框架、高效机器人燃煤自动制备与化验技术以及基于多目标视觉检测的燃煤管理现场行为分析技术等方面阐述基于碳平衡的碳排放智能化监测,并结合碳平衡法的关键指标及其精准测量以探究基于碳平衡的碳排放智能化监测系统的应用。现场应用结果表明,该智能化检测系统采用先进的多目标视觉检测与行为分析技术、机器人技术、物联网技术、信息处理技术,对燃煤电厂入炉煤及灰渣样品进行快速采集制备,实现入炉煤质数据和燃烧灰渣中碳含量的精准快速测量,可用于科学指导配煤掺烧最优方案智能生成,实现碳排放精准核算及最优减碳掺烧,助力火电企业双碳目标实现。 At present,thermal power enterprises mainly rely on manual sampling,preparation and testing of coal and combustion ash samples.The automation degree and working efficiency of the existing automation equipment cannot meet the needs of the rapid sampling-preparation-testing of coal sample,there is still room for improvement in the accuracy and efficiency of coal quality analytical equipment.Therefore,it is necessary to put forward an intelligent carbon emission detection system based on carbon balance and study its application in thermal power enterprises.This paper expounds the intelligent detection of carbon emissions based on carbon balance method from the aspects such as the principle and technical framework of carbon balance method,the efficient robotic automatic sample preparation and testing technology and the on-site behavior analysis technology of coal combustion management based on multi-objective visual detection.Combined with the key indicators of the carbon balance method and the precise measurement,the application of the intelligent carbon emission detection system based on carbon balance were explored.Field application results show that the intelligent detection system adopts the advanced multi-objective visual detection and behavior analysis technology,robotic technology,internet of things technology and information processing technology to quickly collect and prepare samples of coal and combustion ash from coal-fired power plants.Accurate and rapid measurement of coal quality data and carbon content in combustion ash can be realized.It can be used to scientifically guide the intelligent generation of the optimal coal-blending plan,realize the accurate accounting of carbon emissions and the optimal carbon reduction blending,and help thermal power enterprises to achieve the"Carbon Peak and Neutrality"goal.
