摘要
双钙基湿法脱硫pH调控技术可在机组相同脱硫效率条件下降低液气比并显著降低燃煤发电机组厂用电,从而实现机组节能减排之目的。基于双钙基湿法脱硫pH调控技术原理,简介1000 MW燃煤发电机组系统,针对双钙基湿法脱硫pH调控技术系统在燃煤发电机组投运前后的机组负荷、出入口SO_(2)浓度、脱硫效率、粉尘浓度、石膏成分等进行应用试验对比研究。针对试验运行数据分析可知:双钙基湿法脱硫pH调控技术可在1000 MW燃煤发电机组上实现工业应用,且在机组燃用相同煤种、相同脱硫效率工况条件下,脱硫系统能实现长期减少1台浆液循环泵的运行,节能减排效果明显。双钙基湿法脱硫pH调控技术在1000 MW燃煤发电机组的应用,可进一步提高机组运行指标的先进性,厂用电率和机组平均供电煤耗指标明显下降,并增强机组燃用煤种的适应能力及提高机组的发电效益。
The double calcium-based WFGD pH control technology can reduce the liquid-gas ratio and greatly reduce the power consumption of Coal-fired power sets under the same desulfurization efficiency,so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.Based on the principle of the double calcium-based wet flue gas desulfurization pH control technology,this paper introduced the 1000 MW coal-fired power generator sets,aiming at the double calcium-based wet flue gas desulfurization pH control technology,the unit load,the inlet/outlet SO_(2)concentration,desulfurization efficiency,dust concentration and gypsum composition and so on before and after the operation of coal-fired generating unit were researched through comparison research.According to the analysis of the test data,it can be seen that the double calcium-based wet flue gas desulfurization pH control technology can be industrially applied on 1000 MW coal-fired generating units.Meanwhile,under the same condition of coal type and desulfurization efficiency,the desulfurization system can reduce the operation of one slurry circulating pump for a long period.The effect of energy saving and emission reduction is noticeable.The application of double calcium-based wet flue gas desulfurization pH control technology in 1000 MW coal-fired generating units can further improve the unit’s operating index advantages,enhance the unit’s adaptability to coal types,and improve the unit’s power generation efficiency.
