摘要
加热炉对流段烟气入口温度较高。高铬镍合金铸造管板常用于对流段管束的支撑。近年来,铸造管板在使用中发生失效开裂导致对流段盘管泄漏的现象时有发生。文章对国外某加热炉铸造管板的损坏和更换情况进行了介绍,同时,应用应力分析软件ANSYS对该铸造管板在各工况下的受力情况进行分析模拟,找到了开裂原因。针对上述原因,对原管板材料进行重新选材,并对管板结构进行重新设计,保证了加热炉的长周期安全稳定运行。
Flue gas temperature is very high at the inlet of convection sections.High chrome-nickel alloy cast tube sheets are often used for supporting of convection coils.In recent years,leakage of convection coils often occur because of failure and cracking of cast tube sheets in use.This paper described the damage and replacement of the cast tube sheet of a foreign heater.Meanwhile,the stress analysis software ANSYS was applied to analyze and simulate the stress of the cast tube sheet under various working conditions,and the causes of cracking were found.According to the above reasons,the material of the original tube sheet was reselected and the structure of the tube sheet was redesigned to ensure the long-term safe and stable operation of the heater.
