锑对灰铸铁组织和性能的影响

摘要 针对采用加铜和加锡的工艺方法生产普通合金灰铸铁的成本较高问题,展开了在获得相同金相组织和力学性能的前提下降低生产成本的生产性试验。试验研究了不同加入量的锑对灰铸铁金相组织和力学性能的影响,得出结论为:锑的加入量为0.020%时,铸件的硬度较为稳定。将锑合金应用到灰铸铁导轨淬火机床床身铸件上进行生产,生产结果显示:加入0.02%的锑可以代替加入0.5%的铜来提高铸件的硬度,金相组织和其他力学性能基本一致,且生产成本是采用铜合金的1/250,有效降低了生产成本。 In order to solve the high cost problem of using copper and tin to produce normal alloyed gray iron,the production test to reduce production cost and keeping same metallurgical structure and mechanical property was conducted.The influence of adding different amounts of antimony on the metallurgical structure and mechanical properties was investigated,the results were:when the adding amount of antimony was of 0.020%,the hardness of casting was quite stable.The antimony alloy was used to produce gray iron quenched machine tool guide rail,the result showed:adding 0.02%antimony could replace 0.5%copper to increase casting hardness,the metallurgical and other mechanical properties basically were the same,and the production cost was 1/250 of using copper alloy,the production cost was effectively reduced.
