摘要
介绍了L轴承箱铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了该铸件的生产工艺,通过针对首件铸件出现的夹渣问题进行工艺调整,最终解决了L轴承箱的质量问题。最后指出:(1)w(Mg残)量对于球墨铸铁件的夹渣缺陷影响较明显,通过调整球化剂的加入量和w(Mg残)量,夹渣问题得到明显改善;(2)将厚大部位放置在底部,采用自补缩的工艺方法,冒口设置在最高处进行补缩,通过冷铁调整温度梯度,形成顺序补缩,铸件最终没有发现明显缩松缺陷;(3)浇注温度对夹渣缺陷有一定的影响,在工艺设定的范围内,适当提高浇注温度,有利于夹渣问题的解决。
The casting structure of L bearing housing and its technical requirements were introduced.The production technology of the casting was described in detail.Through casting method adjusting to solve the problem that there was slag inclusion defect with the first casting,finally solved the quality problem of L bearing housing.Finally,pointed out:(1)The influencing of the residual w(Mg)was more obviously,and through adjusting nodularizing agent additions and residual w(Mg),the slag inclusion problem had been improved obviously.(2)Putting the thick part at the mold bottom,using self-feeding method,setting the risers at the highest position,by using chills to adjust temperature gradient to create directional solidification,no obvious shrinkage defects were discovered.(3)Since pouring temperature had some influence on the slag inclusion defect,properly elevating pouring temperature in process-setting range was favor to solve slag inclusion problem.
