矿山机械用大型皮带轮的铸造工艺设计 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了矿山机械用大型皮带轮铸件结构及技术要求,针对生产类似铸件时经常出现上表面缩凹、冒口根部及厚大部位存在缩孔、缩松问题进行了分析,在皮带轮铸件的铸造工艺设计中,为了达到良好的补缩效果,采用压边冒口、顶注式浇注系统,并使用冷颈冒口技术。生产结果显示:通过合理的工艺设计,有效解决了厚大铸件的表面缩凹情况,同时避免了冒口根部的缩孔、缩松缺陷;铸件的金相组织和力学性能符合技术要求;加工后,皮带槽及轮毂内圆等厚大部位经表面着色探伤未发现铸造缺陷。 The casting structure and technical requirements of large belt pulley for mining machinery were introduced.The problems of top surface shrinkage depression,shrinkage cavities and porosities at root of riser and large thickness in the production of similar castings were analyzed.In order to achieve good feeding effect,kissing risers were adopted,top gating system and cold riser neck technique were adopted in casting method design of the belt pulley.Production results showed:through a rational method design,the top surface shrinkage depression had been effectively prevented,and avoided the shrinkage cavities and porosities at root of riser.The metallurgical structure and mechanical properties of casting met technical requirements.No casting defect was revealed in the surface coloring defect detection after machining.
