行星架壳型成形工艺开发

摘要 介绍了行星架的负压壳型工艺:采用高密度EPS白模,表面涂覆多层无机浆料,层间撒砂,经低温烘干和中高温加热制成高强度、透气性好、内壁洁净、外形完整的“型壳”,通过抽负压紧实,在负压状态下浇注铸型,得到内部组织致密、外观光洁的行星架铸件。该工艺利用“型壳”优势,通过负压控制,显著提高金属液充型、凝固及补缩能力,且过程易于控制,满足铸件解剖着色探伤质量要求,稳定可靠,成品率高,绿色环保,综合效应显著。 The negative pressure shell molding process of the planet carrier was introduced:high-density EPS white mold was used.The surface was coated with multi-layer inorganic slurry and sand was sprinkled between each layer.After low-temperature drying and medium-high temperature heating,it was made into a shell with high strength,good air permeability,clean inner wall and complete shape.By pumping to negative pressure for compaction,the casting mold was poured under negative pressure to obtain a planetary carrier casting with a dense internal structure and a smooth appearance.The process taked advantage of the shell and significantly improved the filling,solidification and feeding capabilities of molten metal through negative pressure control.Moreover,the process was easy to control.The products met the quality requirements of casting anatomical coloring flaw detection.The process was stable,reliable,green and environmentally friendly,and had a significant comprehensive effect.
